What are Headless Concepts?
Separating content from presentation for more control and reuse.
In a headless set-up, content and presentation are separated: content is stored and managed in one place and delivered through APIs to a website, an app or another channel. This gives developers more control over performance and custom routing, and lets you reuse the same content in several places.
Headless makes sense for complex platforms, marketplaces or apps with specific performance requirements. For most business websites, a well-structured CMS in Wix Studio or Wix Harmony is simpler to manage. For custom applications with their own data and logic, FLOR-IT uses Base44. Either way, a clear content model — which types of content exist and how they relate — is the foundation.
